“Babylon: Rise of the New Age” by Janie Storer….Book Review

‘Babylon: Rise of the New Age’ by author Janie Storer can be considered a little taster of something that’s quite entertaining. It’s a story about an apocalyptic world in which humans are being hunted by vampires. With only Babylon as the city that gives humans shelter there are still a lot of unanswered questions.


I really liked the way the author described the environment. I felt sorry for the survivors living inside the walls of the city, with savage vampires waiting to break in. The resources are limited and there’s always the possibility of an attack. I liked how the vampires were described as intelligent creatures of the night. The author does a good job in conveying the fear the inhabitants of the city experience. I also liked that the people were willing to help each other as much as they could. I liked the characters…
